Mango coconut Panna Cotta

Mango coconut Panna Cotta is one of my favorite dessert to make because it’s easy to be make. Not so sweet but it has a balance taste of mango and coconut.. I used fresh mango in this recipe and the coconut milk I bought in canned. Of course to enhance my appetite I do some design to make more good looking desserts….

Ingredients:

For the Mango layer:

  • 1 1/2 cup mango purée
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Agar agar powder
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water

For the coconut layer:

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp agar agar powder
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup whole cream
  • Diced mango and mint leaver for garnish

Method:

Preparing the mango layer:

Heat 1 cup of water in a small pan and when it starts to boil reduce the heat then add the agar agar powder. Mix them well, make sure bothe sugar and agar agar will dissolved completely. Then add the mango purée ( to make purée blend the mango using the blender) mix them well and off the heat and add the lemon juice. Then pour the mixture in the dessert glass then position it in slanting then pop up to the fridge to set around 30 minutes.

Preparing the Coconut layer:

Heat 2/3 cup of water in small pan and when it starts to boil reduce the heat and add the sugar and agar agar powder. Mix them well and make sure sugar and agar agar will completely dissolved. Then add the coconut milk mix them well, then turn off the heat and add the 1/4 cup of whole cream stir to combine then pour the mixture to the mango mixture that already set for about 30 minutes. Then back to the fridge and let them set completely. When already set garnish with diced mango and mint leaves. Serve chilled.

Hope you give a try for my recipe 😊🙏
